Unexpected Free Party in Ohrid After Midnight
In the evening, as my stomach started to growl in Ohrid, I stepped out of the hotel to grab a bite to eat. While looking for something tasty to eat, I ran into my friend on the dark, crowded street.
My friend was with a few foreigners from his hotel and said me “Come on, let’s go to the party, join us.”
All I could think about was filling my stomach. After a little more persuasion, I told myself I’d at least go check out the party—see where it was and what it looked like—and if I liked it, I’d have something to eat and head back.

After a long walk, the place we arrived at in the darkness of night was exactly like that. It was a quiet spot just outside the city in Ohrid.

There were plenty of cocktails at the party tonight, along with all kinds of drinks—all of them were free and unlimited.

The host of this party was so generous that the fun just kept going; we had a great time.

The electronic music and live music performance were also fantastic.

If you remember, I said I’d just pop by the party and then head out to grab a bite to eat. But I couldn’t make it after all. I didn’t even eat. It didn’t even cross my mind.
But on the way back from the party, as we were heading home with my friends, I saw an open burek restaurant, so I bought some burek and shared it with my friends.
