Pashtriku Restaurant, Prizren, Kosovo

I went to Pashtriku restaurant, located in the city square of Prizren, Kosovo, for breakfast. As soon as I sat down, I ordered a cup of black tea, vegetables fried with green lettuce leaves, and the vegetable soup of the day.

As you can see in the photo, my black tea has just arrived, and as I sip it, I’m watching the shops and people walking by.

Whenever I’ve traveled through these lands, the bread served at my table has usually looked like this

As I was drinking my soup, the friendly waiter brought me a plate of fried vegetables.

In my opinion, vegetable soup is a pleasant soup with a light enough flavor. It didn’t have any overpowering smells or tastes, so I really enjoyed it.
The plate of roasted vegetables includes tomatoes, zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms, and lettuce. I really enjoy eating it. There are no raw or overcooked vegetables, and it doesn’t have any strange flavors. I eat it with pleasure.
